Kao Ta Hang White Rice is one of the good rice varieties grown in the Northeastern region, especially from Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It is seasonal rice that can be grown only once a year. When cooked, the grains turn into white, fluffy, easy to separate, but not hard. It is suitable for people who enjoy eating fluffy and non-sticky rice at good value, good value for general restaurants, and can be sold as a steamed rice.
Put 1 cup of rice into the electric rice cooker.
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Soak the glutinous rice for 3-6 Hours.
Steam the rice for 30 minutes.
