Mixed fragrant rice is a mixture of seasonal white rice and fragrant rice. The seasonal white rice becomes fluffy when cooked but the texture is not hard while the fragrant rice gives a sweet smell and tenderness, a good combination that makes it mouth- watering. The rice is for people who like soft and fluffy rice at a reasonable price. It is also suitable for made-to-order food stalls and general restaurants.
Put 1 cup of rice into the electric rice cooker.
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Soak the glutinous rice for 3-6 Hours.
Steam the rice for 30 minutes.
Panaeng pork curry, a Thai curry with the delicious and tender taste of coconut milk, is many people’s favorite. It is not too difficult to cook.
