Hom Man Pu Rice is red jasmine rice mixed with 100% jasmine rice. The rice is nutrient-rich with a lot of vitamins B1, B2, calcium and iron, as well as having a lot of dietary fiber. It also contains antioxidants which makes it suitable for health-conscious people. When cooked, the rice turns colorful and lucious. You will feel the different textures of both ice that are perfectly mixed.
Put 1 cup of rice into the electric rice cooker.
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Soak the glutinous rice for 3-6 Hours.
