Chainat white rice is a rice variety developed in Chainat Province. The rice has been carefully selected to ensure the quality. When cooked, it turns into beautiful fluffy grains, crumbly, and not sticking together. It is perfect to be steamed and sold with made-to-order dishes and is suitable for people who like fluffy rice at an economical price.
Put 1 cup of rice into the electric rice cooker.
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Soak the glutinous rice for 3-6 Hours.
Steam the rice for 30 minutes.
