Baked Vegetable Brown Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dok Bua Brand Thai Jasmine Brown Rice
- 1 cup quick boiled pak choi stems, chopped
- 1 cup boiled red beans
- ? cup taroes, diced
- ? cup boiled lotus seeds
- ? cup chinese mushroom, washed
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespeeon garlic and pepper, grounded
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cups soup stock
- 160 g Snapper

Preparation
  1. Soak Dok Bua Brand Thai Jasmine Brown Rice for 3 hours then drain.
  2. Stir fry garlic and pepper with vegetable oil until the air is filled with savory aroma. Add the brown rice and keep stirring for awhile.
  3. Put the rice mixture in heat-resistant bowls. Garnish with pak choi stems, red beans, taroes, lotus seeds, and chinese mushroom.
  4. Mix soup stock, soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil.
  5. Pour the mixed soup in the bowl until the rice is well covered. Steam the rice bowl for 15-20 minutes until the rice is done, then the appetizing Baked Vegetable Brown Rice is ready for all healthy food lovers.
